The Elephant Camp in Victoria Falls, Zimbabwe, will be closing for extensive renovations.
The camp is located in the Victoria Falls National Park, and offers stunning scenery of the surrounds. The camp will see a new spa and gym built, as well as refurbished social areas. The camp is also taking an environmentally friendly approach to the renovations, replacing the egress for solar powered versions as well as renewing the deck areas with environmentally friendly materials.
The camp will be closed from 28 January to 28 February. During March and April the main camp will have 10 rooms available to guests. There will be small refurbishments continuing during this period, but should not affect the guest experience. The entire camp will officially reopen in April.
