Zimbabwe has recently enjoyed great success with COVID-19 vaccinations in the country.
Over 16 000 people in Victoria Falls Town were successfully vaccinated last week, including the President of Zimbabwe. The country has seen approximately 65 000 people treated with the first dose of the vaccine, while more than 7 900 people received their second dose as of Saturday.
The roll out of vaccinations in Victoria Falls saw many members of the tourism industry treated at various lodges and hotels in and around the town, which is fantastic news and will hopefully play an instrumental role in the return of foreign tourists to the country.
