Unfortunately we did not have the pleasure to meet personally on my tour to the Victoria Falls, I however would like to pass on to you that the quality of your service has been excellent. The shuttle service from the airport to the hotel was very efficient and especially Lukas as a driver makes people feel really welcome.

Lovejoy, who took over the organization at the hotel did an excellent job. The sunset cruise with the little boat was definitely the highlight of the tour. It was cozy, the food served was delicious, the captain and his team so friendly. With pleasure we saw all the big boats passing by and felt: what a great choice we have made!!!
