"I recently travelled to Victoria Falls in November and booked five tours with Bushtracks. I booked the tours before I left the United States with one of their agents, Michelle Brett. She assisted me with scheduling and patiently answered the many questions that I had. She provided me with a final schedule that worked perfectly, and payment was easy. I received vouchers for all my booked tours before I left. Upon arrival at my hotel, Avani, there was a Bushtracks agent who confirmed the tours and assisted with timing. All pick ups were on time, transportation vans were clean, air conditioned and provided water."
"The tours were AMAZING. The elephant experience was something we did 11 years ago and it was great to see the then-baby elephant all grown up and healthy! The Lady Livingstone Sunset Cruise was wonderful. There was live music and a wonderful three course meal. The Captain did a great job pointing out crocodiles, elephants and, of course, the hippos. We got some great photos of the animals and the sunset. The Zim and Zam falls tour was great."
"The driver helped us with the visas at the border crossing and the guides were very informative and allowed us to tour at our leisure. The helicopter and micro-flight was awesome. Seeing Victoria Falls from above is worth the cost. Three members of the group did the helicopter and I did the micro-flight. Bushtracks was able to schedule the experience so that our group did the helicopter and micro-flight at the same location, and time, which meant that the group did not have to split up."
"My favorite was the Livingstone Island Breezer. This is a MUST DO. The view when swimming in Devil's Pool is something we will remember forever. I am not a strong swimmer. The guide reassured me that it would be OK, and he allowed me to hold his shoulder when we got to the deeper areas. I felt very safe the entire time. Their attention to detail and willingness to make changes to ensure that we enjoyed ourselves was great. There was some timing conflict with our airport transfer and return time for this tour, but Bushtracks worked it out for us. They had the guides take us first and bring us back so that we could make our pick up time."
"I also have to add that we were scheduled to leave Zimbabwe the day they had the military take over. Needless to say, we were a little anxious. I emailed Michelle Brett and she quickly responded confirming that things were calm and all clear at the airport. She instructed the driver to wait until our flight took off before leaving.
