Guests then climb aboard and the train leisurely meanders through the national park, en-route to Victoria Falls Bridge. This is a great time to keep an eye out for wildlife such as buffalo and antelope in the surrounding bush and on the train tracks. On occasion you could expect to wait for an elephant or two to cross while en-route to the Victoria Falls Bridge.

At Victoria Falls Bridge, everyone has the option to disembark and marvel the stunning backdrop of the spray from the Falls shimmering in the last rays of the setting sun, with a sundowner in hand.

This is a great opportunity to snap some unique pictures on the bridge, and on the train, as well as view the Falls from a different perspective.

Once back on board guests are treated to a delightful five-course dinner, paired with decadent wines as the train chugs through the national park under a starlit African sky.

The Bushtracks Express menu includes delights such as double baked cheese soufflé, pepper crusted ostrich carpaccio, beef fillet with garlic prawns and a strawberry patch dessert complete with chocolate soil and baobab meringue.

On the Royal Livingstone Express you can except river bream cerviche, smoked tomato consommé with mushroom and chive tortelli, beef wellington with pomme puree and red wine and shallot sauce all followed by a succulent orange and pistacchio chiffon.
